Who We Are at HITZone Edmonton
The HITZone Story
HITZone was started in Edmonton by a man who had used this HIIT program when recovering from heart surgery to lose weight, build core and regain his fitness.
I started going to HITZone to regain strength and mobility after having a stroke at 59. I bought the studio 7 months later, knowing that this would be my life's work.
